Exploramer hires seasonal staff from May to October for the following positions:
Visitor Services Attendant
- Welcome visitors to the museum;
- Sell Exploramer activities;
- Sell products in the gift shop;
- Prepare and sell café products;
- Speak English (an asset);
- Provide outstanding customer service;
- Have an interest in the marine environment.
Science Educator
- Lead guided tours of the exhibitions,
- Hands-on activities and programs for school groups;
- Take part in fish collection activities on the beach and using the fish weir;
- Lead groups during educational outings;
- Speak English;
- Have an interest in the ocean and science.
